"Oscarcito" relived a scenario, but this time of defeat. Perhaps the same as Julio Cesar Chavez did when an unstoppable cut gave Oscar De La Hoya the victory against him, which later made it so hard for a boxer, with over 100 fights, to apply self control to a career where athletes regulations allow them to violently knock each other out.

Modified from 15 to 12 rounds allows less time but it increases the intensity to work the body and head. This intensity is vital for a champion. Frequent intensity is what a challenger/champion must maintain.
Freddy Roach said it very clear: "My guy is a full time fighter, but Oscar is just in the ring part time, that's my opinion"....

"Truth of the matter"

Faith ( or fact ) is what all minds elaborate from, but at times unconsciously faith becomes a fanatical mental attitude about a certain factual knowledge ( knowledge ).
We categorize, we label and memorize under a certain title...
Remember; Everything is everything, we are all everybody and everything manifested....

Sub Maximal Activation!

Awareness:

Rely on your optimal ability to grip after reaching and placing "the wheel" on the ground. The primary motor fibers during this activity are shoulders, "forearms", biceps, triceps, pecs, neck and back, then the body in his/her entirety.

5 Simple Points to consider:

1: Ears (leveled)

2: Shoulders (leveled)

3: Hips (leveled)

4: Knees (leveled)

5: Feet (hips width apart)

*For all who qualify: One repetition is considered a warm up, keep that in mind......
